At Indie Mane, we offer a variety of different services to meet all your hair needs all while accommodating to different budgets. Whether you're after a simple trim, fresh colour or a complete style overhaul, we've got you covered.

At Indie Mane, we want every visit to feel effortless, professional, and enjoyable.
To keep things transparent and stress-free, we ask all clients to read and understand the following policies before booking. We understand that life can be unpredictable and last-minute changes happen.
Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, maintain high-quality service, and respect the time of both our stylists and all our valued clients.
To secure your appointment, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. This amount is applied to your total on the day of your appointment.
Deposits must be paid at least 7 days before your appointment.
Deposits may be transferred if you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Your card details are stored securely and handled confidentially.
If a deposit is not received within the required timeframe, your booking may be released.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your time slot to another client.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.
We understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected circumstances can occur. In these rare cases, we’ll do our best to accommodate you with understanding and flexibility.
Please note that we record these occurrences to ensure fairness for everyone.
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment.
At Indie Mane, every booking is carefully timed so we can give you our full attention and create your service without rush. Arriving late can shorten your appointment or impact other guests scheduled after you.
We also recommend allowing extra time for parking and local roadworks, as these can sometimes affect arrival. Coming a little early helps your visit feel calm, unhurried, and in flow.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but your stylist will need to adjust the service based on the time remaining to maintain quality and respect the rest of the day’s schedule.
If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, we may still be able to proceed, but your service may need to be adjusted.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment. In this case, it may be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit may be forfeited.
If you are significantly late and we are unable to continue, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
This policy helps us protect the quality of our work and ensures every guest receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.
A no-show means not arriving for your appointment without any prior notice.
No-shows result in the loss of your 30% deposit.
After two no-shows, future bookings may require full prepayment before we can schedule another appointment.
For haircuts, it’s best to wash your hair either the day of or the day before your appointment. This allows us to work with your hair’s natural texture and movement, ensuring the most precise and flattering result.
For colour services, we recommend washing your hair 2–3 days beforehand. This helps protect your scalp by allowing your natural oils to build a gentle barrier, making the colouring process more comfortable and skin-friendly.
For all services, we kindly ask that you arrive with clean, dry hair, free from product build-up, root touch-up sprays, heavy dry shampoo, or excessive oil. This ensures the best possible outcome and allows us to proceed with your service as scheduled.
Why this matters
Product residue, heavy dry shampoo, or oily build-up can block colour from properly depositing and affect how evenly it processes through the hair. In some cases, it may even prevent us from carrying out the service as intended.
Wet hair may also need to be dried before we begin, which can add time and impact the appointment schedule.
To achieve the best results for your colour and haircut—and to respect the time of your stylist and clients scheduled after you—please ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free from any product before your appointment.
At Indie Mane, we use a tiered pricing system that reflects the experience and expertise of each stylist.
Prices listed online are starting estimates only and may vary based on:
your hair’s length and thickness
your colour history
the complexity of the desired service
Your stylist will always provide a clear quote before beginning your service
All electronic payment transactions incur a 1.8% processing fee, which covers third-party payment provider costs.
We accept all major cards and digital payment methods.
At Indie Mane, we are proud to be a part of the Sustainable Salons initiative, which helps us significantly reduce our environmental impact and support our community.
As part of this commitment, we add a $3 Green Fee to each salon visit. This fee, which we do not profit from, directly supports the efforts of Sustainable Salons to recycle and repurpose the majority of our salon waste.
